About Me
A Personal Approach to Wellbeing and Care
I am a qualified Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist, mindfulness teacher, hospital chaplain, and published theologian with a lifelong background in teaching and pastoral care.
Experience
Supporting People Through Life’s Challenges
I am a published theologian and former university teacher. I have worked as a Prison Chaplain and now work as a hospital Chaplain. I have worked using mindfulness for several years in prison, hospital and privately. I have treated people with anxiety, fear, addiction, loss of purpose, insomnia, and grief for many years. I have many years of experience in working with quite severe anxiety, fear and addiction.
I particularly like to combine hypnotherapy and mindfulness in terms of spirituality and using mythology from religions to foster growth. So I am keen to work with people exploring spirituality.
